Paul Ward's connection to the land runs deep, rooted in his family's heritage dating back to 1853 when his ancestors settled in Ventura County's Santa Clara River Valley. Inspired by the pioneering spirit of his hearty relatives, Paul, now a Broker Associate at KW West Ventura County in Camarillo, channels his passion for the land into his work as the leader of the Home and Ranch Team. Spending his summers amidst the sprawling avocado and orange ranches of Somis, Paul's journey from studying agriculture at UC Davis to a career in real estate was shaped by his rural upbringing and a desire to forge his own path. With a commitment to providing "Concierge Quality Service" to his clients, Paul's expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions to encompass a comprehensive understanding of the diverse properties he represents, from family homes to expansive ranches and orchards. Beyond the realm of real estate, Paul's love for the outdoors finds expression in his podcast, "On the Road with Paul Ward," where he shares stories of California's agricultural landscape and its vibrant communities. Whether hiking along the Pacific Crest Trail or sharing stories on his podcast, Paul's dedication to preserving the land and its legacy shines through in every aspect of his life and career.

After earning my bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Management with a minor in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, I entered real estate to utilize my degree while pursing my passion for agriculture - specifically avocado and lemon orchard management. Currently, I am a Realtor on the Paul Ward Home and Ranch Team where I’m focused on farms and ranches in Ventura County. My goal is to help buyers achieve their dreams and sellers evaluate and sell their property.
Not only do I have water availability knowledge specific to Ventura County, I have a deep understanding of many types of farming practices - conventional, organic and regenerative - to name a few. My desire to consistently increase my knowledge of this county that I call home has driven me to also obtain a Certified Crop Adviser License and Pest Control Adviser License. In my free time, you’ll find me spending time with my family and our dogs while enjoying the many avocado trees in Ventura County.
